The Canon EOS R50 with RF-S 18-45mm and RF 75-300mm Twin Lens Kit combines Canon's smallest and lightest mirrorless APS-C camera with two different zoom lenses so you can capture diverse content from the outset.
The lightweight R50 camera is capable of capturing burst photos at 15fps and 4K 30p video, which is ideal for photographers and budding hybrid content creators. It includes a large 3-inch vari-angle LCD screen, Canon’s Dual Pixel CMOS AF II, which is a powerful focusing system, as well as a nice body design with a compact grip and simple button layout.
The included Canon RF-S 18-45mm F/4.5-6.3 IS STM Lens includes lens based and sync image stabilisation, fast and quiet autofocus as well as a close minimum focus distance with high magnification. The full-frame 29-72mm equivalent zoom range is perfect for all sorts of everyday subjects that include landscapes, portraits and snapshots, as well as video and travel.
The second lens included in this twin lens kit is the Canon RF 75-300mm F/4-5.6 Lens, which is a telephoto zoom that provides an equivalent zoom range of 120-480mm on this crop sensor body. Smallest and lightest EOS R mirrorless camera
Despite packing numerous features for content creators, the Canon EOS R50 is Canon’s smallest and lightest mirrorless camera to date. It weighs just 375g and features a simple button layout, which places everything within easy and intuitive reach.
The 2.36M Dot EVF offers a bright and clear preview of the scene, while the vari-angle 3-inch touchscreen provides articulation for vlogging and selfies. There’s even a quick access red video record button to ensure content creators can swiftly start recording video at up to 4K/30p instantly.
APS-C format sensor
The EOS R50 is the latest APS-C format EOS R camera, with a smaller format which is perfect for anything from landscapes to travel, as well as getting closer to distant subjects like wildlife, due to the 1.6x crop factor when compared to the same focal length on a full-frame camera. Condition guide
Our used products are subject to wear and tear in comparison to brand new products. This also applies to accessories that are supplied with the camera including batteries which may have a lower optimum performance level/life expectancy.
- Like New – The equipment is in a condition as if you have just bought it from the manufacturer. The item is still considered to be ‘Like New’ even without the original packaging and accessories. The product has been fully tested and is in perfect working order. Lenses are optically clear. There may be light dust present that will not effect the imagery.
- Excellent – The equipment should be close to being ‘Like New’ but there may be some small cosmetic blemishes that lower its grade. The product has been fully tested and is in perfect excellent order.
- Cameras – Should have no marks on the LCD screen
- Lenses – Should have no marks on the elements and optically clear. There may be light dust present that will not effect the imagery.
- Very Good – The equipment may have some slight cosmetic wear to the paintwork and cosmetic blemishes with only light signs of use and the product has been fully tested and is in great working order.
- Cameras – The LCD screen may have small signs of wear that does not affect its display
- Lenses – The mount of the lens will start to show signs of wear
- Good – The equipment is showing more obvious signs of cosmetic wear and blemishes, but the product has been fully tested and is in great working order.
- Cameras – LCD screen may have scratches or wear that is starting to affect the display.
- Lenses – May have slight dust inside that does not affect images. The mount shows signs of use.
- Well Used – The equipment will show significant signs of wear. The paintwork will be coming away in large areas exposing the metal work, but the product has been fully tested and is in great working order.
- Cameras – LCD screen is heavily worn either by de-lamination or has scratches to it. Rubber grips are starting to come away from the body.
- Lenses – The lens has dust inside that may affect images. The rubber zoom/focus ring is coming away from the barrel of the lens.
