You can choose to order online and collect your order at either of our stores for FREE. For store locations and opening times see our store details page.
Provided you place your order before 4pm, in-stock items are usually available for collection within 2 hours. We will send you an email notification when your order is ready for collection (but please do not attempt to collect your order before this time!).
If one or more items in your order is in-stock but not at your chosen store, we will arrange to transfer the items within 2 working days. Again, we will send you an email notification when your order is ready for collection.
For out-of-stock items, we will place an order with our suppliers and notify you once the item is in-stock. Pre-order items are available for click and collect but availability will of course depend on the product.
We will hold reserved orders until the end of the following day. Should you wish the items to be held longer, please enter this in the ‘order notes’ whilst placing your order or contact a member of our team on 01444 23 70 70 quoting your order number.
