Next working Day delivery is our standard service offered by a courier. This is scheduled for the next working day before 5:30pm, but cannot be 100% guaranteed. Do the prices shown include VAT?

All prices on this website include VAT at 20% unless they strictly say otherwise.

Can we take off VAT to the Channel Islands?

We process many orders to the Channel Islands and are experienced in the deduction of VAT for these orders. We can not deduct the VAT from the delivery cost as we have to pay this cost to our delivery company.

Can I reclaim the VAT?

We do operate the VAT reclaim scheme. However, completed VAT reclaim forms cannot be supplied for goods sent out by mail order. This is UK law but we are able to supply you with a form for purchases made in our branches. We supply this form free of charge for sales over £400. We have to see your passport and proof of address overseas and when you leave the country you need to get the form stamped at the airport and send the stamped form back to us.

Can you deliver to an alternative address from the invoice address?

In most cases, to mitigate the risk of credit card fraud, we are only able to deliver orders to the registered cardholder address. In certain cases, it may be possible to arrange for delivery to a place of work, but we will require additional security checks to be completed (including obtaining a copy of your card statement) and this may cause a delay to your order being despatched.

We are unable to send orders to any residential address other than the registered cardholder address. If arranging an alternative delivery address is important for you, please discuss this with an advisor on 01444 23 70 70.

How can I recycle my product?

How many delegates are there on each course?

Whilst this figure often varies we try to aim for a maximum of 15 delegates on each course to ensure that the delegate:tutor ratio remains at an acceptable level.

Can you cater for special dietary requirements?

Yes. Please ring Park Cameras on 01444 237070 and ask to speak to a member of the Training Team or e-mail sales@parkcameras.com prior to your course and we will ensure that your requirements are catered for on the day.

What do I need to bring with me on the day?

Wherever possible we will inform you within the online course Overview and Description tabs as to what you will need to bring on the day as well as in the course confirmation that you will receive prior to attending your chosen course. If you are still uncertain then please contact a member of the Training Team on 01444 23 70 70 who will clarify the nature of the day and what you will need to bring with you.

Will Park Cameras cater for all photographic abilities?

At Park Cameras we understand the need to cater for all levels of photography. To ensure that you are comfortable with which course is the right one for you, we have taken steps to clearly grade our courses from one to three.

How will I know that my place on the course is confirmed?

Regardless of how you book your place on a Park Cameras training course (online, instore or via our Contact Centre) you will receive a communication via e-mail confirming your place as well as an overview as to what to expect from the day itself.

Can I cancel or alter my booking?

Park Cameras recognises the need for individuals to cancel or alter course. Transfers to other courses can be made up to a week before the date of the original course booking, after which time a 50% charge will be operated. Customers looking to cancel their course booking altogether will be subject to the following charges:

  • Up to 14 days before the course – no charge
  • Between 14 and 7 days before the course – 30% charge
  • 7 days or less before the course – no refund

In addition to these charges please note that Park Cameras reserves the right to cancel or rearrange courses. Should this happen delegates will be informed of such actions in good time with either an alternative course option being suggested or a full refund being provided.

What happens if a course is cancelled?

It remains the intention of Park Cameras to ensure that as many of our courses as possible run but inevitably, and often due to poor uptake, we do, on occasion, have to cancel courses. In the event that this happens we will ensure that you are contacted a week before the scheduled date of the course to offer you one of three alternatives which are as follows:

  • Transfer onto an alternative course date relating to your original cancelled course or, should a date not exist, transfer onto a waiting list where, once a new date has been published, we will contact you directly in order to book you onto this alternative date
  • Provision of a dedicated 1-2-1 session. Covering all the points that the day-long course would have addressed but delivered in a more bespoke manner, our 1-2-1 tutoring is our fastest growing training method and one that many delegates look to take advantage of if their initial course date has been cancelled
  • Provision of a full refund

Can I book more than one course?

Yes! Park Cameras offer a wide and diverse range of courses which we hope that you will find appealing. It is often the case that a number of courses complement one another and as such delegates might wish to book more than one course. Where applicable we will create a variety of course bundles which will provide an overall saving across multiple course purchases.

I am having difficulties booking online. What do I do?
