How Does The Finance Process Work?
We’ve teamed up with Deko whose technology lets you apply for and complete a loan application quickly, easily and informatively. Once you’ve added the items you wish to buy to your basket, proceed to the Checkout and select the Deko finance option and follow the steps to apply online.
The quick application form is simple and should take no more than a couple of minutes to complete and you will receive a decision instantly. Easy!
Your application will be assessed based on eligibility, credit history and affordability and Deko will let you know the outcome in just a few seconds. It’s important to know that when applying for finance a soft credit check is done and only once all security checks have been completed and your deposit has been paid will a hard credit check be made, which is recorded on your credit file.
Once approved, Deko will let you know who the lender is and provide you with their full contact details. You then just need to digitally sign your credit agreement, pay your deposit and wait for your order to arrive.
In a few cases, your application may be referred to a lender for manual assessment and you’ll be notified by email of the credit decision within 24 hours. If you’re not approved for finance it could be for a variety of reasons and the lender will be able to give you more information.

When will I receive a copy of my loan agreement?
As part of your application on the Deko platform, you will be presented with pre-contractual information and a copy of your credit agreement for you to digitally sign. Please take time to check the details in these documents are correct and that you understand the amount and frequency of your payments before you sign. Once your deposit has been paid, a copy of your e-signed credit agreement will be emailed to you.

How do I make my monthly payments?
Your payments will be taken by Direct Debit using the details you provide during your application. If you’d like, you can make additional payments by debit or credit card.
Can I request delivery to an address other than my home address?
In order to safeguard against fraudulent applications, we regret that we are only able to deliver goods to your home address.
I want to amend my order.
If you have been approved for finance, the amount or term cannot be amended. You will need to contact us (your retailer) to amend the goods or services you ordered and you may need to complete a new application for finance.
Please note we cannot guarantee a new credit application will be approved. All credit applications will leave a credit "footprint" on your credit history.

What should I do if I can’t make my payments?
If you find that you’re struggling to make your payments, you should contact Duologi as soon as possible. They will work with you to come to a repayment solution that meets your needs and does not put you at risk of wider financial difficulties. Will I be accepted for finance?
Whether you're accepted for finance or not depends on many different factors. At Duologi they have a dedicated credit team that uses their bespoke credit engine to help them reach decisions. Duologi will perform a search with one or more Credit Reference Agencies to conduct their creditworthiness and affordability assessment to help them make their decision. This search will appear on your credit file and will be visible to other lenders if you apply for credit with them in future.
In some cases, your application will be referred for further assessment. You may be asked to provide some more information to help Duologi make their decision. If this does happen, you will be told whether your application has been accepted as soon as the decision is made.
Declined Credit Applications
If your application was declined, Duologi may be unable to give you specific reasons why. Duologi uses information from your credit report, alongside your income and expenditure data to make a lending decision. Returns & Cancellation Procedure
I want to return my goods and cancel my finance agreement.
You will have a 14-day cooling off period, during which you can cancel your finance agreement.
To cancel your finance agreement, you will need to contact us (your retailer) and arrange to return your purchase or cancel the services. Once we have confirmed cancellation, we will advise Duologi to cancel your finance agreement and refund any payments that have been made.
If you have made an in-store application, we will refund any deposit payments that you made.
Please note: in some cases and depending on the nature of the product or service you have purchased, you will not be able to return your goods. Our terms and conditions will explain the types of goods that cannot be returned.

A payment plan does not affect our standard refund and returns policy. Just contact us and we’ll cancel your application. Your lender will refund your deposit and let you know if you have any balance to repay.

Repaying the loan
Your first direct debit payment will be taken approximately 15 to 30 days after you receive your purchase. This will show on your statement as a payment to your lender. You have the right to repay all or part of the loan early at any time.
