The Micro Four Thirds system (MFT) was originally developed by Olympus (now OM System) and Panasonic, in order to provide certain benefits over larger sensor cameras. The primary benefit is the OM System mirrorless camera form factor, which is smaller and lighter, making it popular with on-the-go creators, wildlife photographers, and for travel content in particular. There are also a huge number of Micro Four Thirds lenses to choose from, allowing users of all skill levels to capture any subject with lightweight equipment.
Compact mirrorless OM-D Series cameras are available for beginners, advanced amateurs, and professional creators. The range includes the flagship OM-1 Mark II, which features the latest autofocus system, superb image quality, and excellent video capabilities with 4K 60p 10-bit 4:2:2 internal recording. At the enthusiast end, the OM-5 Mark II offers high-speed shooting, which is perfect for sports and wildlife, as well as video for vlogging and YouTube.
OM System cameras claim some of the world’s most effective sensor-shift stabilisation, along with some of the best weather sealing found in any system. The range of Tough waterproof cameras is completely waterproof and is ideal for water sports, holidays, and diving, with the Tough TG-7 offering underwater macro and 4K recording down to 15m.
Shop for any OM System mirrorless camera today and enjoy free delivery on orders over £50, plus a 12 Month Warranty with used Olympus / OM System cameras.
