The Sony FX2 Camera with XLR-H1 Handle and FE 24-105mm f/4 G Lens Kit combines the recently developed FX2 full-frame cinema line camera with the Sony XLR-H1 handle and popular FE 24-105mm f/4 G OSS zoom lens. Together these components deliver a highly capable all-in-one video setup for solo filmmakers and indie production teams.
The FX2 provides professional video features from a lightweight, expandable body design that inherits key elements from the well-established FX3, including a flat-top design with multiple mounting points for a cage-free shooting setup. It uses Sony’s latest architecture including a 33MP back-illuminated full-frame Exmor R CMOS sensor and BIONZ XR processor, with a dedicated AI chip for advanced subject recognition.
Video capture is available in a variety of options, including full-frame oversampled 4K from 7K, Super35 4K 60p from 4.6K, 10-bit 4:2:2 S-Log3, and there’s support for LUT previews, Creative Looks, and flexible Cine EI workflows.
The FE 24-105mm lens covers a versatile focal range for everything from interviews to establishing shots and much more. It maintains a constant f/4 aperture throughout the zoom range, features built-in image stabilisation, and provides near-silent autofocus, which is ideal for handheld recording. Meanwhile, the XLR-H1 handle unit adds dual full-size XLR inputs with 48V phantom power, giving users professional audio without the need for any extra rigging.

Sony FE 24-105mm f/4 G Zoom Lens
The Sony FE 24-105mm f/4 G OSS is a full-frame zoom with a highly usable range for general-purpose video and photography. It features a constant f/4 aperture, making it easier to maintain consistent exposure during zooming or when switching focal lengths. The optical formula includes four aspherical and three Extra-low Dispersion elements, which helps to suppress spherical and chromatic aberrations for clean results with good contrast.
Optical SteadyShot stabilisation stabilises handheld shooting, and this lens uses a linear motor for quiet, responsive autofocus with minimal breathing, which further supports its video functionality.
XLR-H1 XLR Handle Unit
The included Sony XLR-H1 XLR Handle Unit improves grip and includes two XLR terminals for digital audio recording at up to 4 channels 24-bit audio. Two full-size XLR/TRS combo jacks support 48V phantom power and are paired with a 3.5mm stereo mini-jack input, enabling up to four channels of 24-bit audio recording. This is well-suited to interviews, live performances, and any situation that benefits from multi-source audio.

Condition guide
Our used products are subject to wear and tear in comparison to brand new products. This also applies to accessories that are supplied with the camera including batteries which may have a lower optimum performance level/life expectancy.
- Like New – The equipment is in a condition as if you have just bought it from the manufacturer. The item is still considered to be ‘Like New’ even without the original packaging and accessories. The product has been fully tested and is in perfect working order. Lenses are optically clear. There may be light dust present that will not effect the imagery.
- Excellent – The equipment should be close to being ‘Like New’ but there may be some small cosmetic blemishes that lower its grade. The product has been fully tested and is in perfect excellent order.
- Cameras – Should have no marks on the LCD screen
- Lenses – Should have no marks on the elements and optically clear. There may be light dust present that will not effect the imagery.
- Very Good – The equipment may have some slight cosmetic wear to the paintwork and cosmetic blemishes with only light signs of use and the product has been fully tested and is in great working order.
- Cameras – The LCD screen may have small signs of wear that does not affect its display
- Lenses – The mount of the lens will start to show signs of wear
- Good – The equipment is showing more obvious signs of cosmetic wear and blemishes, but the product has been fully tested and is in great working order.
- Cameras – LCD screen may have scratches or wear that is starting to affect the display.
- Lenses – May have slight dust inside that does not affect images. The mount shows signs of use.
- Well Used – The equipment will show significant signs of wear. The paintwork will be coming away in large areas exposing the metal work, but the product has been fully tested and is in great working order.
- Cameras – LCD screen is heavily worn either by de-lamination or has scratches to it. Rubber grips are starting to come away from the body.
- Lenses – The lens has dust inside that may affect images. The rubber zoom/focus ring is coming away from the barrel of the lens.

This product has been thoroughly tested by our team of photographers and we are happy to give a 6 month warranty as a result. The number of tests depends on the individual product but we are confident in this product having tested all the major functions. Anything that isn’t as you would expect, we then make a note of and show this in the condition notes on the page.
