1-Inch Sensor with 8K Video
The 1-inch sensor and GP3 processor improve low-light capture and support recording up to 8K60 and 4K240. 8K Open Gate retains a taller image area, allowing footage to be reframed for widescreen, vertical and other outputs after filming.
Capture Modes
Dedicated modes optimise settings for specific situations. Sport POV supports action, Subject Tracking maintains framing, Vlog prioritises people, and Dive adjusts stabilisation and colour for underwater footage. Endurance supports extended recording, while Lapse, Night Effects and Looping provide additional creative capture options.
Volta 2 Battery Grip
Volta 2 adds a 5800mAh battery for longer recording sessions. Physical buttons provide one-handed camera control, while the grip operates wirelessly when detached. Multiple 1/4-20 mounting points accommodate accessories, and fold-out legs convert it into a compact tripod.
Wireless Mic Complete Kit
Two compact microphone transmitters provide wireless dialogue capture for interviews and vlog narration, allowing presenters and subjects to move freely while recording. TRS and USB-C receivers are included for compatible cameras and phones.
Media Mod Connectivity
Media Mod adds a multi-pattern microphone array with mono and stereo recording, plus connections for an external microphone, line-level audio, timecode and headphone monitoring. Two cold shoes accommodate accessories, while micro HDMI supports up to 4K preview and playback.
Recording and Multi-Camera Workflow
Bit rates up to 240Mbps, 32-bit float audio and multi-track recording provide greater flexibility during editing. Timecode synchronisation helps align compatible cameras for multi-camera productions.
Mounting and Outdoor Use
The Magnetic Latch Mount uses magnetic alignment and dual latches for quick changes between compatible handheld and wearable setups. For high-shock or high-vibration activities, it is recommended to use the camera's built-in mounting fingers instead.
Important: The MISSION 1 PRO camera is waterproof to 20m when used on its own, but not when combined with Media Mod or Volta 2. Volta 2 must not be used underwater.

Our used products are subject to wear and tear in comparison to brand new products. This also applies to accessories that are supplied with the camera including batteries which may have a lower optimum performance level/life expectancy.
- Like New – The equipment is in a condition as if you have just bought it from the manufacturer. The item is still considered to be ‘Like New’ even without the original packaging and accessories. The product has been fully tested and is in perfect working order. Lenses are optically clear. There may be light dust present that will not effect the imagery.
- Excellent – The equipment should be close to being ‘Like New’ but there may be some small cosmetic blemishes that lower its grade. The product has been fully tested and is in perfect excellent order.
- Cameras – Should have no marks on the LCD screen
- Lenses – Should have no marks on the elements and optically clear. There may be light dust present that will not effect the imagery.
- Very Good – The equipment may have some slight cosmetic wear to the paintwork and cosmetic blemishes with only light signs of use and the product has been fully tested and is in great working order.
- Cameras – The LCD screen may have small signs of wear that does not affect its display
- Lenses – The mount of the lens will start to show signs of wear
- Good – The equipment is showing more obvious signs of cosmetic wear and blemishes, but the product has been fully tested and is in great working order.
- Cameras – LCD screen may have scratches or wear that is starting to affect the display.
- Lenses – May have slight dust inside that does not affect images. The mount shows signs of use.
- Well Used – The equipment will show significant signs of wear. The paintwork will be coming away in large areas exposing the metal work, but the product has been fully tested and is in great working order.
- Cameras – LCD screen is heavily worn either by de-lamination or has scratches to it. Rubber grips are starting to come away from the body.
- Lenses – The lens has dust inside that may affect images. The rubber zoom/focus ring is coming away from the barrel of the lens.
