DJI Osmo Nano Standard Combo (128GB) Summary
The DJI Osmo Nano Standard Combo (128GB) is the flagship version of DJI’s brand new wearable camera, which brings professional imaging into a body that weighs just 52g. DJI has built a formidable reputation for their range of lightweight cameras such as the Osmo Action, Osmo Pocket as well as several camera drones, and the Osmo Nano joins this line-up as the most compact wearable yet.
With its dual-sided magnetic design¹, the Nano can be clipped to clothing, hats, or mounts for hands-free first-person footage. The 1/1.3-inch CMOS sensor with 2.4μm pixels⁶ delivers 35MP stills at 6880 x 5160 and video up to 4K/60fps, or 4K/120fps slow motion for dramatic slow motion playback. It also supports 10-bit colour with D-Log M, giving more flexibility for editing, while using a wide dynamic range profile, which is also consistent across DJI’s entire suite of products.
Despite its compact size, Osmo Nano is a true action camera, and is waterproof down to 10m⁴ and the included Multifunctional Vision Dock adding IPX4 splash resistance⁵. Together they extend battery life to an impressive 200 minutes² max. at 1080/24, while fast charging gets the Nano back up to 80% in as little as 20 minutes⁷.
This 128GB version offers over 107GB of usable storage space for stills and video, and data transfers at up to 600MB/s⁸ via USB 3.1 so you don’t get bogged down prior to posting. With Wi-Fi 6 wireless transfer, it makes moving large 4K files far quicker than earlier WiFi versions. This Standard Combo includes the Osmo Nano camera, Vision Dock, protective case, lanyard, hat clip, ball-joint mount, USB-C cable and more, so creators who want compact yet powerful tools have a brilliant kit, which is ready-to-shoot straight away.

DJI Osmo Nano Standard Combo (128GB) in More Detail
Ultra-Lightweight and Wearable Action Cam
At just 52g, the Osmo Nano is one of the lightest cameras DJI has made, with dimensions of 57.3 x 29.5 x 28 mm. The dual-sided magnetic mount¹ enables it to be attached to clothing, hats, or accessories in either direction, while allowing you to switch quickly between selfies and outward FPV. The included Magnetic Hat Clip, Magnetic Lanyard, and Dual-Direction Magnetic Ball-Joint Adapter Mount add more mounting flexibility, so it can be used for sports, travel, or everyday storytelling.
Image Quality Beyond Expectation
The Nano includes a next-generation 1/1.3-inch CMOS sensor with a 2.4μm pixel size⁶, which is capable of recording up to 13.5 stops of dynamic range. Photos are captured at 6880 x 5160 (approx. 35MP), with options for single, countdown, and burst modes to suit the action.
Video is available at up to 4K/60fps in 16:9, or 4K/120fps for slow motion, while additional formats include 2.7K up to 60fps and 1080p up to 240fps. HDR and 10-bit recording in D-Log M colour provide more latitude for grading and editing, while SuperNight mode¹⁶ improves performance in very low light by reducing noise in the footage, so you can capture sunrise and sunset action with this tiny camera.
Wide-Angle Lens and Colour Performance
The built-in lens has a wide 143° field of view with a bright f/2.8 aperture and 0.35m minimum focus distance. It supports both horizontal and vertical shooting¹¹, which is ideal for creators who deliver content to different platforms. Colour is captured in 10-bit with over a billion shades, which preserves highlight and shadow detail even in darker conditions.
Stabilisation Modes
Two of DJI’s effective electronic image stabilisation systems are available in the Osmo Nano. RockSteady 3.0 reduces shake effectively when moving and recording at up to 4K/60fps. HorizonBalancing can correct tilts within ±30°, and also supports up to 4K/60fps, helping to keep horizons level when the action gets more intense.
Multifunctional Vision Dock
The included Vision Dock weighs 72g and measures 59.1 x 42.2 x 22.3 mm, and acts as a charger, mount, and remote control all in one. The OLED HD touchscreen (1.96-inch, 326 ppi, 314 x 556 resolution, 800 nits brightness) gives live view and menu access.
The Dock is able to extend operating time up to 200 minutes² when shooting 1080p/24fps, and creates IPX4 splash resistance⁵ when connected. Charging is fast too, and the Nano reaches 80% battery in around 20 minutes⁷ using a PD 30W+ charger.
Audio Recording Options
The camera body houses two microphones for stereo sound capture, while OsmoAudio™ lets you connect up to two transmitters³ for dual-source recording. Audio can be recorded alongside first-person video without the need for a receiver, which really helps to simplify your setup.
Storage and File Transfer
The 128GB version provides 107.6GB usable storage, while supporting expansion via microSD cards up to 1TB. USB 3.1 connections allow for transfers up to 600MB/s⁸ using the supplied PD cable. Wireless options include Wi-Fi 6, with speeds up to 80MB/s¹³, and Bluetooth 5.1 on the camera (5.4 on the Dock) for quick pairing.
The Osmo Nano (64GB) offers usable storage of 48GB, with transfer speeds up to 400MB/s⁸ over USB 3.1. It also supports expansion with microSD cards, making it a great choice if you want a lower-cost entry point.
Build Quality
Straight out of the box the Osmo Nano is waterproof down to 10m⁴, which is adequate for snorkelling or swimming and water sports in shallow water. When attached to the Vision Dock, the combined unit is IPX4-rated⁵, which is resistant to splashes, rain, and sweat. An optional Glass Lens Cover provides additional scratch protection and water repellence for the ultimate peace of mind.
Creative Shooting Modes
DJI has ported over several creative tools from other Osmo gear. Quick modes for getting amazing content include:
- Hyperlapse (up to 4K/30fps)
- Timelapse with multiple intervals and durations
- Pre-Rec (capturing a short segment before pressing record)
- Auto Recording
- Gesture-based Nod/Pat triggers
- Glamour Effects 2.0
- Live Photos¹⁴
- Pro Filters add extra creative control
DJI Mimo App Integration
The Osmo Nano works exclusively with the free DJI Mimo app, which provides real-time previews, remote adjustment and one-tap editing. The app includes templates, effects, sports dashboards (syncing data from devices such as Apple Watch¹², Garmin, and COROS), and automatic beautification so your content looks sick straight from the edit. Wireless editing and sharing are also fast thanks to Wi-Fi 6 speeds.
Nano Accessories
DJI has developed a set of optional accessories for the Osmo Nano. These expand mounting choices, offer protection, or provide better control in challenging lighting. Additionally, the Nano is also compatible with a select number of existing Osmo and action camera accessories, so users can mix new gear with what they already own.
Among the new accessories are the Magnetic Headband which creates immersive first-person perspectives, while the Osmo Dual-Direction Magnetic Adapter and Magnetic Ball Head allow for fast switching when using sports mounts or flat surfaces.
A DJI Osmo Nano ND Filter (8/16/32) is available to help with exposure in bright conditions or when shooting motion at slower shutter speeds.

Our Verdict
The DJI Osmo Nano Standard Combo (128GB) is a new wearable option in DJI’s ultra compact action cam lineup, which is different to Pocket or Action series cameras. With128GB of storage built-in, you don’t have to rely on having a microSD card and can capture content even if you forget to bring one with an large 107.6GB usable space in the device, which is plenty for 4K footage and the surprisingly high-resolution stills. This is the kind of design that makes DJI such a hit with creators, especially those who want to travel light and capture content without swapping cards or worrying about space.
Image quality from this ultra compact device is amazing. A 1/1.3-inch sensor with large 2.4µm pixels offers wide dynamic range and great results even in quite low-light, which is boosted by SuperNight mode and DJI’s familiar D-Log M recording. When combined with RockSteady 3.0 and HorizonBalancing, you can capture smooth, stable video even during action sequences. The magnetic design is a nice touch, and it opens up first-person views that would be tricky with a regular action camera.
The waterproof design, 200 minute runtime with the included Dock, and audio input through OsmoAudio™ add up to a fantastic portable kit for anyone who creates short-form clips and content. This could be the perfect choice whether you’re a beginner who’s trying a wearable for the first time or a more experienced creator who wants a more lightweight ultra-compact hands-free camera.
