The ALTA SKY range of backpacks have been designed to carry long focal length lenses in a way that protects your lens and camera kit whilst carrying it across all different types of terrain, whilst also keeping it comfortable and ready for action so you don’t miss your next shot.

The NEW ALTA SKY 69 has a large capacity (49L) ready to take lenses up to 1200mm, as well as up to 8 additional lenses. Access can be found from the top or the rear of the bag, with an extra wide top access allowing you to grab or pack your kit in seconds. Solid, adjustable dividers within the backpack allow you to arrange your kit in a way that works for you, with an adjustable thick, sturdy and well-padded cradle that supports the camera body from below and secures your large lens in position, whilst ensuring it is well protected all around the delicate connection point.

If you’re carrying a large pack in different environments, you want your kit to be comfortable and safe, and in this aspect the ALTA SKY 69 doesn’t disappoint. The pack features a high-quality harness system as well as non-slip padded shoulder pads and a thickened waistband to help spread the load. The back of the pack is well padded and breathable, combining with the other features to ensure a ‘never-tire’ experience.

Externally, the ALTA SKY 69 features adjustable straps to attach a tripod with a foot pocket for maximum comfort on the move, a rain cover offering total coverage in wet conditions, and several pouches for accessories such as a water bottle. Internally, alongside your camera kit, there’s plenty of space for essentials such as a 17” laptop, memory cards, cables, batteries and more – all in handy positions just where you need them.
