From 1st May 2025, Park Cameras becomes the exclusive UK retailer for select VSGO camera bags for six months. VSGO is a brand already trusted worldwide for their lens and sensor cleaning kits.
They are also well known for the award-winning VSGO blower and camera cleaning accessories, and this Chinese company is now turning heads with an impressive line-up of functional, well-built camera bags for today’s creators and outdoor photographers.
The newly launched VSGO backpack range includes two series with the Pocket Ranger and the Black Snipe. Each is for different needs, from rugged hikes and weekend shoots to daily commutes and urban content creation.
The bags boast nice design features like magnetic Fidlock buckles from a reputable German company, unique water-repellent fabrics, roll-top expandability, and padded camera inserts that are patented, due to being compressible and adjustable. There’s also a clever VSGO 6L shoulder bag for discreet gear carry and street photography, catering to almost any gear volume requirement.
Across the series, VSGO has applied the same high standards, which they’re known for in their sensor swabs and cleaning cloths, with a product range that combines well considered designs with protective storage, and unique styling in off-white, navy blue and black. Each bag is packed with thoughtful details for photographers, from tripod straps and quick-access points to mesh storage and optional rain covers.
In this buying guide, we explore the full range of bags, compare features and use cases, and show how VSGO has expanded from cleaning kits into our own exclusive camera backpack range for 2025.
VSGO may be a new name in the world of camera backpacks, but they’ve got a great reputation among photographers for some of the most trusted camera cleaning tools on the market. From the iconic VSGO blower to pro VSGO camera cleaning kits, this company known is dedicated to cleanliness, organisation and quality, which are values carried over (no pun intended) to their range of bags.
Founded in China and now distributed globally, VSGO has specialised in accessories that keep sensors, lenses and screens dust-free. Their products are used by professionals and enthusiasts, whether cleaning mirrorless cameras, DSLRs or drones. The move into camera bags is a natural evolution, bringing the same attention to materials and user-focused design to transport and storage.
A unique insight is clearly visible in their bags, with well-placed compartments, lightweight designs, modular inserts and weather-sealing, which are all fine-tuned for active creators.
As the exclusive UK stockist for six months, Park Cameras is proud to introduce this range of bags to our customers, so please do join us as we look at how they compare.
With a mix of modular backpacks and a compact shoulder bag, there’s a VSGO camera backpack for just about every creator. Whether you’re hiking with a drone, commuting with a laptop and mirrorless setup, or shooting events with multiple lenses, the VSGO range gives you comprehensive features, versatile storage and weather protection across the lineup.
Each model in the collection brings something different to the table, from roll-top expandability to quick side access and even tripod webbing, and our comparison will help when choosing the right one for your needs.

The Pocket Ranger series includes hiking camera backpacks in 25L and 35L sizes, with either for photographers who want a balance between comfort and capacity. These roll-top backpacks feature padded, removable camera inserts, making them extremely versatile whether you’re carrying a full camera kit, just personal gear, or most likely a combination of both.
The 25L model is perfect for shorter day hikes and city outings, offering lighter weight and enough room for one camera, multiple lenses and accessories. The larger 35L version adds more space for layers, food and extras, with added height for bigger kits or overnight gear. Both bags include detachable waist belts, magnetic Fidlock closures, and weather-resistant coatings for peace of mind when you get caught out in the elements.
One notable feature is the removable internal camera unit, which is compressible for travel and includes adjustable dividers to suit different setups. If you’re moving between a studio and the trail, this is an incredibly flexible solution that goes beyond most other options on the market. Add to that tripod straps, a laptop compartment and versatile external access, and these become truly capable bags for content creators.
The VSGO Black Snipe series is a stylish alternative to the more rugged Pocket Ranger, with a refined small camera backpack option that delivers big on function and protection. This model is also available in two sizes, with 20L and 25L. The Black Snipe line is perhaps better suited to urban photography, commercial shoots, or commuting with a smaller setup.
Both sizes look the part, with a modern silhouette, smart layouts, left-side quick access for fast shooting, and a Fidlock aluminium magnetic buckle for single-handed operation. The exterior fabric is TPU-coated for weather resistance and durability, with protective foam padding and customisable dividers inside. The key difference is that there’s no removable insert like with the Pocket Ranger series.
The 20L model fits a 16-inch laptop and has a simpler sub-compartment layout, which is ideal for one camera and up to three lenses. Moving to the 25L and you get a full clamshell opening design, space for a 17.3-inch laptop, and a fourth lens or compact drone. Both include extras like a built-in wrench nameplate, breathable back panels, and plastic feet to keep the bag upright, which is especially useful when setting your gear down, as nobody wants their bag falling over when its fully loaded.
The Black Snipe series earned a 2023 Red Dot Design Award for good reason, as they combine form with function exceptionally well, which is what the award is all about.
The VSGO Black Snipe 6L Messenger Bag is a very practical option for creators who like to carry a compact camera shoulder bag rather than a backpack. Despite its relatively compact size, it offers uniquely versatile internal organisation, padded protection, and everyday usability for photography, commuting, and lightweight travel requirements.
Inside the 6L capacity, there’s room for one camera body and up to three smaller sized lenses, with customisable dividers and dedicated storage for accessories. This includes a padded tablet sleeve for an 11” iPad, zipped mesh pockets, elastic compartments for memory cards or batteries, a rear valuables pocket, and side sleeves for small accessories!
There’s even a bottom webbing section to secure a compact tripod, which is an impressive touch for such a small bag.
Thick EVA foam padding can be felt throughout, and the exterior is TPU-coated canvas, while a dual-layer magnetic flap and zip closure system protects against rain and contents theft.
The bag’s hardware includes premium buckles from NIFCO, UTX and FIDLOCK, along with a soft suede carry handle and detachable three-point strap for greater comfort when you’re lugging lots of heavy gear.
Whether you’re heading into the hills, travelling, or commuting with a camera, VSGO camera backpacks and shoulder bags offer well-considered options for a range of needs. With a proven track record in optical cleaning accessories, VSGO has brought that same attention to detail into their first exclusive camera bag series in the UK.
From the modular Pocket Ranger range for hiking and travel photography to the stylish urban Black Snipe backpacks, this launch provides an option for most workflows.
Park Cameras is proud to offer the VSGO bag line exclusively in the UK from 1st May 2025, for a six-month period. If you’re curious about upgrading your current bag or want to see how they compare in person, visit us in-store or browse the full collection online.
