Leofoto FA-15 + FA-10 Cold Shoe foot QR platform tilt head with quick release plate
The unique features of this Flash Adapter are the square Arca Swiss foot and the pan and tilt head. You can lock the head at any angle with the included allen key. Also, the foot has a ¼-inch screw hole and the top portion contains a V-type Quick release clamp to attach the FA-10 quick release cold shoe
Cold Shoe Quick Release system
The FA-15 in combination with the FA-10 quick release plate transforms a regular Cold Shoe into a Cold Shoe Quick Release system. In doing so, the FA-15 acts as the base that you attach to the Arca swiss base of your rig or tripod, on the FA-10 you attach a camera accessory. The special V-shaped bottom allows you to easily slide the FA-10 quick release plate onto the FA-15 V-type clamp. By pushing the gray lever downwards, you can easily remove the plate and accessory.
The FA-15 comes standard with the FA-10 quick release plate. If you want a Quick Release quick coupling plate with ¼-inch thread instead of a cold shoe, you can use the separately available Leofoto FA-11 quick coupling plate.
Leofoto Flash Adapter collection
The Flash Adapter collection from Leofoto consists of 16 different adapters. They are designed to easily place accessories on your camera, tripod or rig. Each adapter has its own features that expand the attachment options. You can combine the Flash adapters with each other to find a suitable (mounting) solution for the accessories you want to use.
The FA-01 through FA-09 are traditional adapters, where you attach the accessory to the adapter. The FA-12 to FA-16 adapters can be combined with a small handy QR plate (FA-10 and FA-11) so that you can detach the accessory even faster and easier. Thus, flash units, microphones, LED panels and action cameras can also be equipped with a quick release system.

Condition guide
Our used products are subject to wear and tear in comparison to brand new products. This also applies to accessories that are supplied with the camera including batteries which may have a lower optimum performance level/life expectancy.
- Like New – The equipment is in a condition as if you have just bought it from the manufacturer. The item is still considered to be ‘Like New’ even without the original packaging and accessories. The product has been fully tested and is in perfect working order. Lenses are optically clear. There may be light dust present that will not effect the imagery.
- Excellent – The equipment should be close to being ‘Like New’ but there may be some small cosmetic blemishes that lower its grade. The product has been fully tested and is in perfect excellent order.
- Cameras – Should have no marks on the LCD screen
- Lenses – Should have no marks on the elements and optically clear. There may be light dust present that will not effect the imagery.
- Very Good – The equipment may have some slight cosmetic wear to the paintwork and cosmetic blemishes with only light signs of use and the product has been fully tested and is in great working order.
- Cameras – The LCD screen may have small signs of wear that does not affect its display
- Lenses – The mount of the lens will start to show signs of wear
- Good – The equipment is showing more obvious signs of cosmetic wear and blemishes, but the product has been fully tested and is in great working order.
- Cameras – LCD screen may have scratches or wear that is starting to affect the display.
- Lenses – May have slight dust inside that does not affect images. The mount shows signs of use.
- Well Used – The equipment will show significant signs of wear. The paintwork will be coming away in large areas exposing the metal work, but the product has been fully tested and is in great working order.
- Cameras – LCD screen is heavily worn either by de-lamination or has scratches to it. Rubber grips are starting to come away from the body.
- Lenses – The lens has dust inside that may affect images. The rubber zoom/focus ring is coming away from the barrel of the lens.
*All of our used items are listed with the accessories that are included. If they are not listed, then they will not be supplied at the point of purchase.

This product has been thoroughly tested by our team of photographers and we are happy to give a 6 month warranty as a result. The number of tests depends on the individual product but we are confident in this product having tested all the major functions. Anything that isn’t as you would expect, we then make a note of and show this in the condition notes on the page.
