The GODOX SB-NBM30120 30x120cm 1'x4' Dual-Layer Strip Softbox with Grid, is a versatile and affordable light modifier, designed to produce beautifully soft, directional lighting. This softbox features a highly reflective interior, which helps to maximise light efficiency, all whilst producing beautiful directional lighting, with natural-looking fall-off. The 30x120cm Super Large Strip Softbox ships in a slim profiled carrying case and can be assembled in a couple of minutes. The super large strip softbox can be used for a wide range of shooting scenarios, such as still life, portrait, commercial, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, food, product, or macro photography.

Long-Slender Softbox
The GODOX SB-NBM30120 30x120cm strip softbox photography (sometimes referred to as “Stripboxes”) produces a narrow band of light. Strip boxes are most commonly used to add a rim light to your subject, separating them from the background, or for carving out certain features with light, which cannot easily be replicated by other types of softbox. Due to the long, thin nature of strip boxes, they produce a very precise and controlled beam of light, whilst still maintaining a soft, even quality to it, unlike barn doors, which produce quite harsh lighting, with rapid fall-off. Strip boxes are commonly used by Portrait, Fashion, Beauty, and Product photographers as strip boxes have a high degree of controllability.
Hardwearing and Resilient
The GODOX SB-NBM30120 30x120cm super-large strip softbox features an outer skin made from a hard-wearing fabric and has a frame consisting of four durable rods, inserted into a durable metal alloy ring. This makes the softbox extremely lightweight, yet strong. Excellent durability, for an affordable price.
Reflective Interior
The 30x120cm large strip softbox features a highly reflective interior and black exterior. The reflective interior is designed to bounce the light around the interior of the softbox to maximise light efficiency. The black exterior of the fabric prevents light leakage from your light source and absorbs any stray exterior light which may otherwise contaminate the purity of your light source.
Dual-Layer Diffusion
The 30x120cm recessed strip softbox features two layers of diffusion, enabling the softbox to produce soft, homogenous lighting over the entire front surface of the softbox, with minimal hotspots. They also help to reduce specularity on your subject.
Honeycomb Grid
This 30x120cm super-large strip softbox photography also includes a 5cm honeycomb grid (also known as an egg crate), designed to narrow the spread of light, giving you more control over its direction. Perfect for times when you don’t want the light to spill onto certain areas of your scene such as the background etc.
Interchangeable Speedring
The 30x120cm recessed strip softbox photography features an interchangeable speedring, enabling it to be used with a wide range of studio light brands. If you want to use this softbox with a light with a different fitting, simply switch the adapter ring located in the centre of the speedring. This is perfect for photographers or videographers who use multiple lighting brands or may switch brands in the future. This softbox is available in multiple fittings such as Bowens S-Type, Elinchrom, Broncolor, Profoto and much more. Our used products are subject to wear and tear in comparison to brand new products. This also applies to accessories that are supplied with the camera including batteries which may have a lower optimum performance level/life expectancy.
- Like New – The equipment is in a condition as if you have just bought it from the manufacturer. The item is still considered to be ‘Like New’ even without the original packaging and accessories. The product has been fully tested and is in perfect working order. Lenses are optically clear. There may be light dust present that will not effect the imagery.
- Excellent – The equipment should be close to being ‘Like New’ but there may be some small cosmetic blemishes that lower its grade. The product has been fully tested and is in perfect excellent order.
- Cameras – Should have no marks on the LCD screen
- Lenses – Should have no marks on the elements and optically clear. There may be light dust present that will not effect the imagery.
- Very Good – The equipment may have some slight cosmetic wear to the paintwork and cosmetic blemishes with only light signs of use and the product has been fully tested and is in great working order.
- Cameras – The LCD screen may have small signs of wear that does not affect its display
- Lenses – The mount of the lens will start to show signs of wear
- Good – The equipment is showing more obvious signs of cosmetic wear and blemishes, but the product has been fully tested and is in great working order.
- Cameras – LCD screen may have scratches or wear that is starting to affect the display.
- Lenses – May have slight dust inside that does not affect images. The mount shows signs of use.
- Well Used – The equipment will show significant signs of wear. The paintwork will be coming away in large areas exposing the metal work, but the product has been fully tested and is in great working order.
- Cameras – LCD screen is heavily worn either by de-lamination or has scratches to it. Rubber grips are starting to come away from the body.
- Lenses – The lens has dust inside that may affect images. The rubber zoom/focus ring is coming away from the barrel of the lens.
