The Fujifilm XC 13-33mm f/3.5-6.3 OIS Lens is a lightweight wide-to-standard zoom for X mount cameras, which offers a versatile 20-50mm full-frame equivalent focal range. It is the first X mirrorless lens to feature a retractable design, and when stowed is compact enough to slip into a pocket or small bag when not in use. At just 125g this is one of the smallest and lightest zoom lenses for Fujifilm mirrorless X system to date, and is well suited to travel, vlogging, street and everyday snapshots.
Despite its small size, the XC 13-33mm includes an Optical Image Stabilisation (OIS) system which provides up to 4.0 stops of compensation when shooting handheld. The optical design consists of 10 elements in 9 groups, with 4 aspherical and 3 ED elements that help maintain detail while suppressing distortion throughout the zoom range. The minimum focusing distance is just 20cm throughout the zoom range, which enables close-up shots of everyday subjects.
This lens also benefits from optics that can render Fujifilm’s modern high-resolution sensors, which boast over 40 megapixels, ensuring good levels of detail and sharpness across the frame. Its compact design makes it an excellent choice for new Fujifilm creators as well as anyone who benefits from the versatile and portable design. The filter size is just 49mm too, which corresponds with other compact Fujifilm cameras like the X100VI and others in the series, with plenty of cost effective lens filters available.

Ultra Compact Fully Retractable Design
This is the first X mount lens to feature a manual retractable design. By rotating the zoom ring until the white dot aligns at the top, the lens collapses to a minimal size for storage or travel. When powering on the camera, rotating the zoom ring again extends the lens ready for shooting.
It also measures just 37.5mm long when retracted and weighs only 125g, which is ideal for compact X Series camera bodies.
4-Stops Optical Image Stabilisation
The lens built-in Optical Image Stabilisation system compensates for camera shake by up to 4 stops, helping to capture sharp images during handheld shooting and when shooting at slower speeds.
The stabiliser can be set to operate continuously or only when the shutter is released, and can be turned off when using a tripod, while being ideal for both stills and video.
Advanced Optical Design
Fujifilm’s optical formula uses 10 elements arranged in 9 groups, with 4 aspherical and 3 extra-low dispersion elements. These help to correct spherical and chromatic aberrations for consistent sharpness and contrast across the frame. The design also reduces focus breathing and suppresses changes in focal point while zooming, which benefits video creators.
The 9-blade aperture design produces a more rounded bokeh than earlier XC lenses, helping to create smooth background separation in portraits and close-ups.
Versatile Everyday Zoom
The 20-50mm full-frame equivalent range spans wide-angle to standard focal lengths, which is a great option for a variety of everyday subjects including travel and vlogging. Additionally, the close focusing distance of 0.2m across the entire zoom and the maximum magnification of 0.25x is great for close-ups and creative compositions. A 49mm filter thread is very compact as well as being compatible with filters used by other Fujifilm compact cameras like the X100VI for accessory sharing.
Autofocus performance is fast and responsive, with focus acquisition measured at around 0.025 seconds under test conditions.

Our used products are subject to wear and tear in comparison to brand new products. This also applies to accessories that are supplied with the camera including batteries which may have a lower optimum performance level/life expectancy.
- Like New – The equipment is in a condition as if you have just bought it from the manufacturer. The item is still considered to be ‘Like New’ even without the original packaging and accessories. The product has been fully tested and is in perfect working order. Lenses are optically clear. There may be light dust present that will not effect the imagery.
- Excellent – The equipment should be close to being ‘Like New’ but there may be some small cosmetic blemishes that lower its grade. The product has been fully tested and is in perfect excellent order.
- Cameras – Should have no marks on the LCD screen
- Lenses – Should have no marks on the elements and optically clear. There may be light dust present that will not effect the imagery.
- Very Good – The equipment may have some slight cosmetic wear to the paintwork and cosmetic blemishes with only light signs of use and the product has been fully tested and is in great working order.
- Cameras – The LCD screen may have small signs of wear that does not affect its display
- Lenses – The mount of the lens will start to show signs of wear
- Good – The equipment is showing more obvious signs of cosmetic wear and blemishes, but the product has been fully tested and is in great working order.
- Cameras – LCD screen may have scratches or wear that is starting to affect the display.
- Lenses – May have slight dust inside that does not affect images. The mount shows signs of use.
- Well Used – The equipment will show significant signs of wear. The paintwork will be coming away in large areas exposing the metal work, but the product has been fully tested and is in great working order.
- Cameras – LCD screen is heavily worn either by de-lamination or has scratches to it. Rubber grips are starting to come away from the body.
- Lenses – The lens has dust inside that may affect images. The rubber zoom/focus ring is coming away from the barrel of the lens.
