If you already own a Nikon camera but want to know how to get the best out of it, bring it with you, along with some shots that you’ve been taking using it. During this session, Tom will be talking about how to develop your own work, covering camera techniques and settings, through to shooting projects both at home and overseas to give you some ideas and inspiration to take your wildlife photography up a notch.
With a backdrop of some of his past projects, Tom will break down images and talk you through the ideas he thinks about when heading out on location. If you want to pick up some tips on photographing birds in flight, animal portraits or developing your own projects, this is the session for you!
After the session, Tom will be around to answer any further questions you might have. If you’ve got any wildlife images of your own that you’d like Tom to take a look at to offer advice on, please feel free to bring these with. .
Join professional wildlife photographer Andy Parkinson for this free 60-minute seminar as he shares a range of tips and tricks to help you get some fantastic wildlife photos.
In this session, Andy will take you through his range of award-winning images, shot both in the UK and from farther afield, offering tips and tricks you can put into practice.
A Nikon user for his entire career, his kit bag is simplicity personified. Much like his photographic hero Frans Lanting, Andy, when in the company of wildlife, strips his equipment down to just one camera and one lens. This enables him to concentrate only on what he has, and what is in front of him, rather than wasting time and opportunities constantly changing lenses. He’ll describe the kit that he uses, which you can then try out for yourself in the store after the session.
Join us in our London store on Friday 18th October and get hands-on with the brand-new Nikon Z 50. Offering superb image quality, the all-new Nikon Z 50 captures perfectly focused photos and 4K movies that are rich in detail, depth, and colour.
Combining the Z 50 with the new NIKKOR Z DX 16-50mm f/3.5-6.3 VR and NIKKOR Z DX 50-250mm f/4.5-6.3 VR lenses, this new DX mirrorless system will deliver stunning images, from wide-angle to telephoto.
A technical expert will be available throughout the day to show you this exciting new addition to Nikon’s mirrorless camera line-up, and answer any questions you might have. No booking is required – simply pop into the store on the day! For directions to the store, CLICK HERE.

Join award-winning wildlife photographer Harry Skeggs for a 60-minute session to learn how he captures breath-taking shots in the wild using cameras including the Nikon D850 and a variety of different lenses.
Using some of his most recent shots, Harry will share a wide-range of his images from both a technical and aesthetic standpoint, sharing with you his tips and tricks to help you get the best out of the kit that you use.
Also within this 60-minute session, Harry will show you a selection of his favourite shots for the year, and will allow you to discover the story behind the shot! He’ll describe the different equipment that he used to capture these fantastic shots, to help provide inspiration for your own wildlife photography.
After the session, Harry will be available to answer any further questions you might have. If you’ve got any wildlife images of your own that you’d like Harry to take a look at to offer advice on, please feel free to bring these with you.
