We’ve teamed up with the experts at Ricoh for a FREE photo walk in London where you be able to test out the latest cameras and learn how to capture some photos when out on the city streets.
Starting at Park Cameras in Rathbone Place, Central London, the walk will head out into Oxford Street and the surrounding area for an interactive session where you’ll be able to test out the Ricoh GR III or the brand-new GR IIIx as well as some of the accessories available for the camera, such as the GA-1 / GW-4 wide conversion lenses.
During the session there will be plenty of opportunities to get your questions answered and to put the cameras through their paces to capture some great shots of Christmas in the capital.
If you already own a Ricoh GR series camera, please feel free to bring this along with you and learn how you can get the most out of it.
All attendees will also receive a free SanDisk 32GB Extreme Pro SDHC card to use throughout the session which you can keep!
This walk will be at a leisurely pace and is mainly on the level ground. There will be plenty of time allowed for you to get your shots. At the start of the walk, you’ll be given details for the photo walk leader.
On the walk we advise that you bring a bottle of water, as well as a waterproof coat and / or umbrella should the weather conditions be unfavourable! If conditions are wet, the photo walk leader may adjust the route to allow shots from sheltered locations.
This session is designed to last approximately 3 ½ hours. There will be a 30-minute break during the walk for lunch, although this is not provided.
The session will end back at Park Cameras in Rathbone Place.
This is a fantastic opportunity to experience the essence of the GR, so make sure you bring your festive cheer, wrap up warm and leave the grinch at home!

About the Ricoh GR series cameras:
The GR offers a shooting style that provides direct feedback to the photographer's senses, for capturing those moving moments.
Just by carrying around this small camera, you become aware of precious, everyday details. That can make anyone into a creator. In the photographs taken with this camera, the world, and the people in it sparkle with life. The GR continues to evolve with those ideas in mind, along with fans who feel the same way.
The GR's appeal doesn't rest solely with advancements in technology. We hope that these passionate ideas, and big dreams worked into this camera come across.
