Plustek SmartOffice PS3180U A4 Document Scanner
The Plustek SmartOffice PS3180U is an 80-page per minute, duplex colour document scanner that is not only fast, but also reliable and cost effective. The automatic refinement of images and ultrasonic mis-feed detection ensures all of your important documents are accurately scanned.
The PS3180U has one of the lowest Total Cost of Ownerships (TCO) of any high-speed document scanner. TCO is 40% less than other scanners in the 60-80 ppm segment.

Automatic image refinement lets you scan different sizes of documents all in the same batch.
Medical Records
The PS3180U’s high speed and large 100 sheet feeder makes this scanner ideal for digitizing patient records in the back office or reception desk.
Patient Registration
The PS3180 is also ideal for patient registration. It scans ID cards and insurance cards in addition to registration documents. It scans an 8x11” document in less than a second so your office staff will spend less time scanning and more time with your patients.
Multi-feed Detection
The PS3180U scanner uses ultrasonic sensors to determine the thickness of scanned pages. If the scanner determines that more than one page is feeding, the scanner stops and the user is alerted.
Automatic image refinement
Automatic page size detection, black border removal, rotation and straightening ensure high quality images and the ability to scan mixed batches of documents.
Single Touch Scanning
Set 9 different scanning jobs and send to printer, Email, Local Folder, Network Folder or FTP and save in standard imaging formats, including JPEG, TIFF, and searchable PDF.
Advanced Image Enhancement
Auto de-skew, crop, and blank page removal for clean, ready-to-use files.

To be considered for finance, you will need to meet all of the following criteria:
- Are at least 18 years old
- Are in regular full or part-time employment (minimum 1 hour per week or £10,000 income per annum), unless you are retired and receiving a private or company pension, or you are in receipt of disability living allowance
- Are a permanent UK resident and have lived in the UK for at least 3 years
- Have a UK bank account capable of accepting Direct Debits
- Have a good credit history with no late payments, Debt Relief Orders, County Court Judgments or bankruptcies.

Condition guide
Our used products are subject to wear and tear in comparison to brand new products. This also applies to accessories that are supplied with the camera including batteries which may have a lower optimum performance level/life expectancy.
- Like New – The equipment is in a condition as if you have just bought it from the manufacturer. The item is still considered to be ‘Like New’ even without the original packaging and accessories. The product has been fully tested and is in perfect working order. Lenses are optically clear. There may be light dust present that will not effect the imagery.
- Excellent – The equipment should be close to being ‘Like New’ but there may be some small cosmetic blemishes that lower its grade. The product has been fully tested and is in perfect excellent order.
- Cameras – Should have no marks on the LCD screen
- Lenses – Should have no marks on the elements and optically clear. There may be light dust present that will not effect the imagery.
- Very Good – The equipment may have some slight cosmetic wear to the paintwork and cosmetic blemishes with only light signs of use and the product has been fully tested and is in great working order.
- Cameras – The LCD screen may have small signs of wear that does not affect its display
- Lenses – The mount of the lens will start to show signs of wear
- Good – The equipment is showing more obvious signs of cosmetic wear and blemishes, but the product has been fully tested and is in great working order.
- Cameras – LCD screen may have scratches or wear that is starting to affect the display.
- Lenses – May have slight dust inside that does not affect images. The mount shows signs of use.
- Well Used – The equipment will show significant signs of wear. The paintwork will be coming away in large areas exposing the metal work, but the product has been fully tested and is in great working order.
- Cameras – LCD screen is heavily worn either by de-lamination or has scratches to it. Rubber grips are starting to come away from the body.
- Lenses – The lens has dust inside that may affect images. The rubber zoom/focus ring is coming away from the barrel of the lens.
