The upgraded Nikon Z6 II camera body is available with the FTZ adapter (for Nikon DSLR lenses) and native NIKKOR Z 24-70mm f/4 S lens in this essential kit. Drawing on the successes of the previous generation Z6 body the upgraded camera brings a host of updates to professionals and enthusiasts adopting Nikon’s mirrorless Z system. The addition of the versatile Z 24-70mm allows users to capture stunning 4K/30p video and high resolution 24.5MP stills across a host of subjects from weddings and portraits to landscapes and city scenes.

In-camera 5-axis vibration reduction combined with new AF improvements which include high speed Eye, Face and Animal detect systems for both video and stills. The high resolution 24.5 million pixel sensor remains the same, with improved dynamic range and excels at low light captures. This allows the lens to be used in near darkness whilst still hand holding gathering light down to -6EV with ISO between 100 - 51200.
273 AF points are utilised with the overhauled autofocus system which includes the very latest Eye, Face and Animal detect, working seamlessly for both images and videos. An optional MB-N11 Battery Grip facilitates hot swapping of high capacity EN-EL15C batteries along with comfortable vertical shooting over extended periods.

Our Verdict
Drawing from previous successes with the original Z6 combined with extensive user feedback has enabled Nikon to deliver a worthy successor in the form of the Z6 II camera. This particular kit combines the camera body with an FTZ adapter allowing photographers with existing F-mount lenses to easily adapt them whilst maintaining full AF capabilities with most AF-S lenses. Additionally the excellent S-Line Z 24-70mm provides instant gratification with a native Z-mount workhorse zoom which excels across many subject types.
Low light is taken care of through highly competent in-body vibration reduction which provides up to 5 EV stops of benefit and the Z6 II excels at light gathering with a broad ISO range. The system’s overall speed and responsiveness has also been enhanced with the addition of twin processors. This ensures the entire experience is snappier as well as increasing burst rates to 14fps for RAW images. Dual card slots keep pace with the faster body and are able to adapt to any workflow between stills and video. UHS-II SD cards can be used in one slot with the latest ultra-fast CFexpress cards in the other. The body itself is made from a durable lightweight magnesium-alloy designed to shoot outdoors with full sealing against dust, dirt and moisture.
Updated Autofocus systems incorporate the latest Eye, Face and Animal detect which works admirably with both the lens and with F-mount lenses. All together this kit provides a highly desirable proposition for newcomers to Nikon as well as those considering upgrading to a full frame hybrid mirrorless system.

Our used products are subject to wear and tear in comparison to brand new products. This also applies to accessories that are supplied with the camera including batteries which may have a lower optimum performance level/life expectancy.
- Like New – The equipment is in a condition as if you have just bought it from the manufacturer. The item is still considered to be ‘Like New’ even without the original packaging and accessories. The product has been fully tested and is in perfect working order. Lenses are optically clear. There may be light dust present that will not effect the imagery.
- Excellent – The equipment should be close to being ‘Like New’ but there may be some small cosmetic blemishes that lower its grade. The product has been fully tested and is in perfect excellent order.
- Cameras – Should have no marks on the LCD screen
- Lenses – Should have no marks on the elements and optically clear. There may be light dust present that will not effect the imagery.
- Very Good – The equipment may have some slight cosmetic wear to the paintwork and cosmetic blemishes with only light signs of use and the product has been fully tested and is in great working order.
- Cameras – The LCD screen may have small signs of wear that does not affect its display
- Lenses – The mount of the lens will start to show signs of wear
- Good – The equipment is showing more obvious signs of cosmetic wear and blemishes, but the product has been fully tested and is in great working order.
- Cameras – LCD screen may have scratches or wear that is starting to affect the display.
- Lenses – May have slight dust inside that does not affect images. The mount shows signs of use.
- Well Used – The equipment will show significant signs of wear. The paintwork will be coming away in large areas exposing the metal work, but the product has been fully tested and is in great working order.
- Cameras – LCD screen is heavily worn either by de-lamination or has scratches to it. Rubber grips are starting to come away from the body.
- Lenses – The lens has dust inside that may affect images. The rubber zoom/focus ring is coming away from the barrel of the lens.
