Returning an Item
How to return goods to Park Cameras:
- Firstly, please notify us that you will be returning a product. This can be done either by speaking to one of our sales advisors on 01444 23 70 70, or e-mailing us by clicking here. If you do choose to email us, be sure to include all the relevant information, i.e. Your name, number, address, item you wish to return, reason for returning it, order number (located on your invoice)
- We will then issue you a unique reference number that is used for efficiency.
- Print off and fill in the returns form appropriately (available to download here).
- Send back your item accompanied with the returns form through your nearest post office. Please ensure that the item is packed well and that your unique reference number is clearly displayed on the outside of the box.

We will only refund postage charges if your item is being returned due to an error with your order, the item has a fault, or has been received in damaged condition. We will only ever refund postage up to £10.
Items must be returned with ALL accessories included, as well as the original packaging. If it is software that you are returning, please note a refund or exchange will only be possible if the packaging is unopened and the seals are intact.
Please allow Park Cameras up to 5 working days to process your return effectively.
Please note if we are notified about faulty goods after 2 weeks from the delivery date, they will be subject to a warranty repair rather than a refund or exchange.
