The Wildlife Day is BACK! Upon visiting the store on 18th April, you’ll find some incredible one-day-only offers, and product experts available all day from a wide variety of leading brands including Canon, Sony, Nikon, OM System, Panasonic, Sigma, Manfrotto, Benro, Lowepro, Shimoda ,Epson, Hawke, ZEISS and Vanguard to name just a few!
We’ll also be hosting a variety of engaging FREE seminars where you can hear from some leading photographers from the industry, who will share their tips and tricks focusing on different aspects of wildlife photography, and we hope that you’ll be able to take something from this to incorporate into your own photography. This Spring, we are delighted to be joined by our friends from The Hawking Centre who will have a variety of Birds of Prey for you to photograph and test out any new cameras or lenses you might be interested. Their expert team come with a wealth of knowledge about Birds of Prey, so if you’ve got any burning questions, this is a fantastic chance to get them answered and is a great chance for children to see a collection of birds that you might not expect to see in the town on any ordinary day!
This session is in partnership with our friends at Sony UK who will be on-hand throughout offering tips and advice to help get some fantastic photos of Birds of Prey, both in flight and on perches. Professional wildlife photographer Paul Browning will also be on-hand offering advice on how to get the most out of Sony cameras.
During this free talk, professional wildlife photographer Paul Browning will share some of his most memorable images and experiences, talk about the gear that helps him capture them, and pass on tips and techniques for improving your own wildlife photography.
For our variety of free talks, we would suggest signing up where possible, as space is limited. However, should you not book a place and still wish to attend one of our talks, please speak to us on the day and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Thanks to our neighbours at Edwards, parking facilities for attendees of the Wildlife Day can be found using their car park. The entrance to their car park can be found just beyond Park Cameras, off Innovation Drive. There is a pathway from the car park back to York Road. Please respect the 10MPH speed limit when parking in the Edwards car park and do not park near the main building.
