We ask that all cameras are brought in with a fully charged battery or mains adapter, as most cameras require an 80% charge or more to perform the clean.
Please note we do not require any lenses, memory cards or other accessories to carry out the sensor clean.

Q:- What size sensor does my camera have?
The following are full frame DSLR cameras:
Canon EOS 5D, 5D MKII, Canon EOS 1Ds, 1Ds mkII, 1Ds mkIII
Nikon D3, D3x, D700
Sony a900, a850
The following are APS-H (large crop) DSLR cameras:
Canon EOS 1D, 1DmkII, 1DmkII, 1DmkIV
If your DSLR is not on the above list, it is a "cropped" sensor.
This refers to the sensor inside the camera being smaller than the frame of 35mm film (36mm x 24mm).

Whilst conducting the inital checks on the camera, we will contact you before continuing if we feel it is unsafe to clean the sensor - due to existing scratches or stubborn marks that could cause further damage.
You will be provided with a report of the checks/cleans with the return of your camera.
