Course Overview

Join us for an afternoon of Mono Magic as we go through the technicalities of shooting images in Black and White.

We will cover shooting monochrome in camera including all the settings you need to know including applying coloured filters and the effect they have.

Lavishly illustrated, this workshop will give you a real feel for what works best in Black and White as we go through seeing images, composition and what works best in mono.

We then head out of the store for some practical shooting atime to put the suggestions made in gto practice.

Returning to the store, we then move on to processing your image and how to achieve the effect you are looking for using Adobe Lightroom - though the techniques shown will apply to any image processing software.
