Nanlite Forza 60B LED Monolight Bi-colour Summary

The Forza 60B from Nanlite is a bicolour monolight style LED with remarkable light output relative to its small size. Weighing just 830g, the Forza 60B features a COB LED module with a variable colour temperature range 6500-2700K. With the included reflector, the Forza 60B outputs 13830 Lux of 5600K daylight-balanced light at 1 metre. All while maintaining a high CRI / TLCI of 98 / 95, ensuring accurate colour rendition.

The Forza 60B produces soft light that is flattering for studio shoots, and bright enough for both photography and video. The ultra-quiet fan makes this light ideal for even the most sound-sensitive situations, and the body is constructed of durable carbon fibre.

Key features:

1. Ultra Bright Output - With the included reflector, the Forza 60B emits an impressive 13830 Lux at 1 metre. When equipped with the optional FL-11 fresnel (sold separately), the light output climbs to a staggering 33450 Lux at 1 metre. Plus, with dimming from 100% down to 1%, you can quickly adapt the Forza 60B to any scene without adding ND gels or diffusion. Control the brightness using the built-in dimmer on the back of the unit, or using the 2.4G radio controller (available separately) or smartphone app (Wi-Fi control box required).

2. Variable Bicolour - The Forza 60B employs a COB LED module with a variable colour temperature range from 2700K to 6500K, enabling you to quickly match natural ambient or artificial lighting situations at the twist of a dial, eliminating the need for gels.

3. Small But Mighty - Designed to be the perfect lightweight go-anywhere LED light, the Forza 60B weighs a svelte 830g and is about the size of a DSLR. It easily packs into any gearcase or even backpack.

4. Endless Light Shaping Possibilities - The Forza 60B is directly compatible with a purpose-built line of Forza 60 light modifiers, while an optional Bowens mount adapter (sold separately) expands compatibility to a massive selection of light modifiers, including but not limited to Nanlite's line of full-sized softboxes and umbrellas.

5. Practical Effects - With pre-programmed special effects in a simple-to-master menu system, the Forza 60B makes it easy to imitate lighting scenarios that can otherwise be tricky to recreate. At the touch of a button, you can simulate 12 different practical lighting effects: CCT Loop, INT Loop, Flash, Pulse, Storm, TV, Paparazzi, Candle/Fire, Bad Bulb, Firework, Explosion, and Welding. Plus, with the built-in USB port, you can easily update the firmware any time new effects or updates are released.

6. Power Anywhere - Designed to work in any location regardless of power availability, the Forza 60B can run off either the included AC adapter, a 14.8W V-Mount style battery, or 2 Sony NP-F series batteries (batteries not included, battery handle required - sold separately). This ultra-portable light features a 330-degree rotating handle, making it easy to adjust to the correct angle, or hang from a ceiling for studio use. It can also be mounted on any standard light stand (not included in kit).

7. UK WARRANTY – Supplied with a 2 year UK warranty.

Optional accessories

A range of optional accessories are available to enhance this light's performance. The parabolic softbox gives a quality, diffused light that enhances videos, photos and more (57cm diameter, 30 cm high, unique Forza 60 mount). It features a reflective silver lining, steel rods and a removable front diffusor. A separate fabric grid can control light spill and give more direction. To focus the light and increase intensity up to 23,860 Lux, a Fresnel lens is also available (spotlight to floodlight 10-45 degrees). To power the light on location without mains electricity, a battery handle that operates using two NP-F970 type batteries can be purchased.
