The Samyang 50mm F1.2 AS UMC manual focus lens for CSC cameras gives a short telephoto focal distance with the crop factor of compact system cameras and makes a perfect portrait lens with a beautifully blurred background.

This VDSLR lens is the film/video version of the 50mm f1.2 UMC, and features the same optics with the addition of a silent, smooth aperture ring as well as gearing for use with video rigs.

The lens is constructed of high strength aluminium alloy and is relatively light and compact for such a fast aperture, making it unobtrusive and portable.
