Orders placed online before 5.00pm, over the phone before 4.30 Monday-Friday (excl Bank Holidays) are dispatched the same day. For orders placed after 4.30pm (telephone) 5.00pm (online), Park Cameras still aims to process orders immediately and to dispatch items the same day, but this can vary depending on seasonal demand. Credit card authorisation can mean that goods that are not ordered early enough in the day will be sent out the following day but we do our best to dispatch as soon as possible. Next working Day delivery is our standard service offered by a courier. This is scheduled for the next working day before 5:30pm, but cannot be 100% guaranteed. If you need your goods delivered on a Saturday, or before a specific time, we can also do our best to arrange this for you. The charges for this service can be found in the delivery section of our website.

All prices on this website include VAT at 20% unless they strictly say otherwise.
Can we take off VAT to the Channel Islands?
We process many orders to the Channel Islands and are experienced in the deduction of VAT for these orders. We can not deduct the VAT from the delivery cost as we have to pay this cost to our delivery company.
Can I reclaim the VAT?
We do operate the VAT reclaim scheme. However, completed VAT reclaim forms cannot be supplied for goods sent out by mail order. This is UK law but we are able to supply you with a form for purchases made in our branches. We supply this form free of charge for sales over £400. We have to see your passport and proof of address overseas and when you leave the country you need to get the form stamped at the airport and send the stamped form back to us.
Can you deliver to an alternative address from the invoice address?
Unfortunately due to the amount of fraudulent orders which take place on the Internet every day, we have to be careful to ensure that orders are not sent to or intercepted by someone else. To this end, we can only send goods to an address which is registered to your card. If you would like it sent to your place of work, you could try to get this work address added to your card as a delivery address. We can not make exceptions to this rule, please call 01444 23 70 70 (see opening times above) for more details.
