Park Cameras has been established for over 35 years originally starting with one showroom in Burgess Hill before opening a second in Haywards Heath in 2000. In addition to this our mail ordering system was restructured a few years ago so that we could continue to improve our customer service. 2008 is a landmark year for the company as we open our new flagship showroom in Burgess Hill, which will replace our two existing stores to offer our valued customers a much wider range of products and services.

Our new store, located in Victoria Business Park, Burgess Hill, offers a consumer shopping experience unique to the photographic industry. Our new state-of-the-art 3,600+ Sq Ft ‘touch and try’ showroom showcases over 150 ‘live’ digital cameras and camcorders providing our customers with the best possible way of making a purchase – by trying the product for themselves. In addition to this, our new showroom will house printers, photographic accessories, bags, binoculars, projectors, media storage and much, much more, with over 1,000 lines instore alone. Of special interest is our branching out into new products areas such as Sony and Samsung flatscreen TVs and Apple computers and associated products. Through this increase in product, tied in with our continued commitment to product knowledge and customer service, we strongly believe that we can continue to meet the needs of our valued customers.

The increase in products is, however, only half of the story with regards to our new development. In addition to the showroom we will also have the ability to offer a much wider range of after sales services in the form of training, seminars and workshops, all designed to ensure that our customers are able to get the most out of the products that they have purchased, allowing them to achieve more through their chosen hobby and/or profession. To this end we have now set up a dedicated Training section on our website which details the very latest courses that we will be offering.

Our new store is easily accessible with good road and train links from London and Brighton and parking is no longer a problem with dedicated parking at the store itself. Upon arrival you will always be greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff who will be only too keen to assist you. We take pride in the fact that our staff have been trained to the highest standard by various manufacturers such as Canon, Nikon and Sony, both in-store as well as attending organised training days. The reason we make such an effort to train our staff, is because we pride ourselves in the service we offer and want to make sure that our staff are always able to help you make the right choice when you shop with us.
