I have today received the completion of my recent order.

Can I please record my thanks for the prompt and polite service I received from your company and staff. My experience of some of your competitors in particular CameraWorld and Warehouse Express has been less than favourable.

In the coming months I will be purchasing further equipment, in particula I shall be looking at the Olympus repalcement for the E1 which is due to be launched later this year. I shall make my first call to Park Cameras.

I would just like to express my whole hearted thanks for the excellent service that you have provided in the purchase of my new Canon Printer iP6700D to replace my old and tired Canon S800.

Ordered yesterday at lunchtime, confirmation email to say it has been dispatched, arrived 09:10 this morning, printer up and running by 10:00 and printing out fantastic prints. What more can I say, service like this just does not get any better, many thanks for a smooth and trouble free transaction, thank goodness there are still dealers like you around, I shall not hesitate to use your services again.

Just to say thanks for your excellent service in supplying a camera lens which has just arrived. (Order No 130653507)

It’s a pretty expensive Nikon Digital SLR lens that I know is in short supply from the manufacturer.  So I was pleased to find it on your web site and to see you had one in stock.  Not having bought from you before, I wanted to check that it really was in stock before parting with my credit card details.  I spoke to a Steve late Monday (26 March) who reassured me that the stock position was real – as was your company!  Steve said the lens would be despatched next day and should arrive Wednesday. 

It just has – on schedule!

I’d still been a bit nervous about the transaction, so I was particularly pleased when the courier rang the bell.  If I’d read the testimonials on your web site, which I’ve only just noticed, I would have been less nervous.   Please feel free to add this testimonial to your list.

Last weekend I went to Park Cameras in Haywards Heath. It was a very busy day in the shop but the person who served me, Nick, had plenty of time for me and helped me build a comprehensive photography kit which I had been wanting to purchase for some time. I had been researching for many weeks and he went out of his way to make prices as competitive with online retailers as he could.

He knew what he was talking about and gave me excellent advice on my choice of lenses. I felt greatly re-assured that I was buying exactly what I wanted – as a side effect I ended up spending far more then I thought I would (without feeling in any way pressured to do so)! I am very pleased with my purchases and would be happy to deal with Park Cameras again in the future.

I would just like to thank you for the way in which my order was executed. You contacted me by phone around midday on Thursday to advise me that the items were now in stock and to confirm that I still wanted them. Following that, I was subsequently amazed to receive the items before 8.00am the following morning. Everything was as expected and initial results from the D50 are superb, although I have yet to get my 'pilot's licence' to fully operate it!
