Can I cancel or alter my booking?
Park Cameras recognises the need for individuals to cancel or alter course. Transfers to other courses can be made up to a week before the date of the original course booking, after which time a 50% charge will be operated. Customers looking to cancel their course booking altogether will be subject to the following charges:
- Up to 14 days before the course – no charge
- Between 14 and 7 days before the course – 30% charge
- 7 days or less before the course – no refund
In addition to these charges please note that Park Cameras reserves the right to cancel or rearrange courses. Should this happen delegates will be informed of such actions in good time with either an alternative course option being suggested or a full refund being provided.
What happens if a course is cancelled?
It remains the intention of Park Cameras to ensure that as many of our courses as possible run but inevitably, and often due to poor uptake, we do, on occasion, have to cancel courses. In the event that this happens we will ensure that you are contacted a week before the scheduled date of the course to offer you one of three alternatives which are as follows:
- Transfer onto an alternative course date relating to your original cancelled course or, should a date not exist, transfer onto a waiting list where, once a new date has been published, we will contact you directly in order to book you onto this alternative date
- Provision of a dedicated 1-2-1 session. Covering all the points that the day-long course would have addressed but delivered in a more bespoke manner, our 1-2-1 tutoring is our fastest growing training method and one that many delegates look to take advantage of if their initial course date has been cancelled
- Provision of a full refund
Can I book more than one course?
Yes! Park Cameras offer a wide and diverse range of courses which we hope that you will find appealing. It is often the case that a number of courses complement one another and as such delegates might wish to book more than one course. Where applicable we will create a variety of course bundles which will provide an overall saving across multiple course purchases.
I am having difficulties booking online. What do I do?
