What are your opening hours?
To meet the diverse needs of our customers we have ensured that we are now open longer each day, as well as adopting a late shopping evening on Thursdays. Additional flexibility is also offered through the fact that we are now open on Sundays. Our opening times are as follows:
Monday - Saturday (excl. Thursday): 08:45 to 17:45
Thursday: 08:45 to 19:30
Sunday: 10:15 to 16:30 N.B. Sunday trading commences at 10:30

I need help with products
At Park Cameras all of our staff benefit from regular training updates across all of the latest products and associated technologies. This leaves us well placed to deal with any query that you may have. Do you "grey import" goods from other countries to be able to offer your low prices?
NO! Park Cameras only purchases UK stock direct from UK companies with UK guarantees, e.g. Canon UK , Nikon UK , Sony UK , etc. We have excellent prices and look to be the most competitive in the UK . Should it therefore be the case that you are able to find prices in the UK that are significantly lower than ours then you might find that other retailers are sourcing their cameras from overseas, including illegal imports from outside the EU. On top of our low prices, don't forget, that we offer unrivalled customer service and expert advice from literally hundreds of years of combined experience - so once you've chosen Park Cameras for the first time, you'll often want to come back again and again!
Do the prices shown include VAT?
All prices on this website include VAT at 17.5% unless they strictly say otherwise.
Can I reclaim the VAT?
Customers ordering from the Channel Islands and EIRE residents with VAT numbers are entitled to purchase goods from us VAT free.
We do also operate the VAT reclaim scheme for customers taking goods outside the EU. However, we can only issue a VAT reclaim form if the goods are bought in our Showroom, and NOT MAIL ORDERS. We also have to see your passport and proof of address overseas to enable this option. We supply this form free of charge for sales over £400 and when you leave the country you need to get the form stamped at the airport and send the stamped form back to us.
We also can deliver goods to BFPO addresses as long as the correct barrack's official order form is supplied. However we can only send parcels to BFPO addresses that are under £2,500 and 10kg.
How long does it take for goods to be delivered?
Park Cameras aims to process and dispatch all orders on the same day through our Express delivery service. Credit card authorisation and seasonal demand can mean that orders placed later in the day might, in some cases, not be sent out until the following day but wherever possible we ensure that we meet our same day promise. All methods of delivery are next day services, guaranteed before 5:30pm. Information based around shipping across Bank Holidays we be clearly published on our home page.
