The NX10 is Samsungs first DSLR with their own lens mount with the benefits of larger, more traditional DSLR’s mixed with the Micro Four Thirds cameras from Panasonic and Olympus.
The Samsung NX10 uses a brand new 14.6 APS-C CMOS sensor which is physically larger and has more pixels than its nearest equivalent from Olympus and Panasonic. But due to its compact lens mount and Electronic Viewfinder, which does aware with the large glass mirror like in the Canon and Nikon cameras, which makes the Samsung NX10 a much more ‘pocket sized’ DSLR.
Unlike the previous Samsung DSLR’s and the current Panasonic Micro Four Thirds cameras, the Samsung NX10 doesn’t have image stabilisation built into the body hence the two main lenses, the 18-55mm and 50-200mm have it built in.
