Following hot on the heels of the award winning 190X series tripods, Manfrotto are pleased to announce the launch of the eagerly awaited 055X series. Utilising the new horizontal centre column feature found on the 190XPROBm the new 055XPROB is now just as easy to use. Simply extend the column to its highest vertical position, release the lock and it will swing to its horizontal position with no need for column disassembly.Both the lever leg locks and leg angle release system have been improved for simpler operation, whilst the tripod retains a built in bubble level and foam grips.
The 055XB is built on the same improves design as the 055XPROB but without the horizontal centre column feature.
