Returning an Item

Returning goods to us is easy and straight forward.
Simply read the following few notes and follow the step-by-step instructions.

  • Firstly, please notify us that you are returning a product to us. This can be done either by speaking to one of our sales advisors on 01444 23 70 70, or by e-mailing us by clicking here.
  • When notifying us about the return, please include your name, the product purchased, the nature of the return reason, a daytime telephone number to contact you on, and if possible the original order number.
  • After notifying us that you are returning a product to us, we will issue you with a reference number which will be unique to you. This reference number helps us process the return quickly and correctly.
  • When returning goods to us, we ask that you please include a covering letter along with the goods themselves. Occasionally customers just send back the goods, and this can slow down the process of sorting the returned item. As such, the inclusion of a covering letter will ensure that you receive your refund or a credit towards another product or exchanged goods without unnecessary delay.

  • For most items the best way to send your products back to us is via Royal Mail Special Delivery, as this is relatively inexpensive and is delivered quickly. However, this can differ depending on where you are sending the parcel from, and how heavy the parcel is.
  • Please do not return any goods without following the above procedure. We will refuse to accept goods from couriers unless they have a returns reference number. You may lose your product altogether.
  • We aim to deal with any returned items within 2-4 working days of receiving them and will contact you as soon as we have had an opportunity to deal with the return.
  • Please note that any faulty goods returned after two weeks will firstly be sent to the manufacturer for repair.
  • For Christmas gift purchases, returns can be made for products bought between 1st November 2011 and 24th December 2011. All returns must be made by 10th January 2012. The goods should be unused and in a saleable condition in its origonal packaging.
