Dear Sir,

It's not often I feel compelled to write in praise of shop service but my I feel my trip to your Burgess Hill store today warrants it.
I had come to your new premises in order to purchase a DSLR camera and had a couple of models in mind. I found the new premises to be spacious, well laid out and well stocked (if not with one of the cameras I was thinking about) and your staff extremely helpful. I was approached not long after entering the building by a staff member who asked if I needed help, I said that I was fine at the moment but may need help in a while and was duly left to browse at my leisure, something many other shops would be wise to follow. At no stage did I feel pressure from salesmen, nor did it feel like I was being stalked by a predatory salesman eager for commission!

When the time came to ask for help, the young man who had first asked if I needed any was extremely helpful. He reeled off facts and figures about the camera I was interested in with no hesitation and more importantly no errors, he was informative and better still unbiased it seemed in his opinions of the model (Nikon D60). His confident reply and sure knowledge cemented the deal for me and I walked out with a new camera.....and a happy customer.

It made a very pleasant change to be treated as a customer by shop staff and not just a sales figure, many thanks to you for that and Sam B for assisting me.

I have taken the liberty of writing so that I can thank Park Cameras for its handling of my recent order for a Nikon D3 and equipment.

Over a period of 10 days I called numerous times to build and edit my order. My calls and questions were handled in a curteous and professional manner mainly by Mr. Noel Light-Hilary but also with help from his colleague Kate. My order was placed on the evening of the 13th August and by mid-morning of the 14th I had my camera and 99% of my requested equipment. This allowed me to shoot over 600 images at the Shrewsbury Flower Show that weekend allowing me to meet my target for that event.

I initially selected Park Cameras for this order as the company is an authorised Nikon dealer. Your pricing is competitive and the process was uncomplicated.
I will not hesitate in ordering from you again as a result of the help given by Noel and Kate and of the speed in which the order was delivered. I would not hesitate in recommending Park Cameras to any of my friends and peers. I visited the HH branch yesterday and purchased a Canon 450D.

I have to say I was most impressed with the service I received. Not only was I shown the items I requested, but also considerably cheaper items that might have been equally suitable for the job in hand...and I was given a very honest appraisal of a slightly more expensive option.

The guys in the shop were chatty and relaxed, and as well as picking up a thoroughly decent camera I got some very useful advice thrown in for free.
It's been a very, very long time since I've had service like that in any kind of shop. I shall recommend you without hesitation to anyone who wants to buy a camera and I very much look forward to doing business with you in the future.

It’s a pretty expensive Nikon Digital SLR lens that I know is in short supply from the manufacturer.  So I was pleased to find it on your web site and to see you had one in stock.  Not having bought from you before, I wanted to check that it really was in stock before parting with my credit card details.  I spoke to a Steve late Monday (26 March) who reassured me that the stock position was real – as was your company!  Steve said the lens would be despatched next day and should arrive Wednesday. 

It just has – on schedule!

I’d still been a bit nervous about the transaction, so I was particularly pleased when the courier rang the bell.  If I’d read the testimonials on your web site, which I’ve only just noticed, I would have been less nervous.   Please feel free to add this testimonial to your list.

Last weekend I went to Park Cameras in Haywards Heath. It was a very busy day in the shop but the person who served me, Nick, had plenty of time for me and helped me build a comprehensive photography kit which I had been wanting to purchase for some time. I had been researching for many weeks and he went out of his way to make prices as competitive with online retailers as he could.

He knew what he was talking about and gave me excellent advice on my choice of lenses. I felt greatly re-assured that I was buying exactly what I wanted – as a side effect I ended up spending far more then I thought I would (without feeling in any way pressured to do so)!
