It is based in Burgess Hill in its own 15,000+sq ft premises comprising state of the art showroom, offices, photography training suites and warehouse. A true multi-channel retailer offering B2B and B2C services.

The Company is always looking for new opportunities to grow and is now looking for a dynamic and experienced accounts professional to oversee all aspects of the accounts function. Working in a friendly team and with all department heads and external suppliers, this role will report directly to the directors to assist in the decision making processes of all aspects of the business.

The principle duties and responsibilities will include:

• The overseeing of the accounts function
• Management of cash flow and forecasting, including supplier payment runs
• Debtor management and credit control
• Preparation and submission of VAT Returns
• Preparation and completion of all aspects of the monthly payroll
• Review monthly overheads and identify necessary accruals and prepayments
• Liaise with the Company's auditors and bank
• Weekly and monthly sales reports
• Preparation of monthly department costs
• Preparation of monthly management accounts
  
  Candidates will need to have the relevant accounts experience and good Excel skills.
