The Sony DCR-SX73 is a light, compact and easy to use Standard Definition camcorder with a 16GB internal memory. Thanks to the super sensitive Exmor R CMOS Sensor, the SX73 offers excellent low-light performance, producing images with low noise levels even in dim interiors or after the sun has gone down. The autofocus performance has also been improved from previous models, making the SX73 quick to lock on to subjects and less likely to hunt for focus when the light isn't great.

Another important aspect of the Sony HDR-SX73 that helps keep shots sharp and clear is the SteadyShot Active Mode which provides image stabilisation to ensure movies remain blur free.
